Do you want to know what is allowed during your stay at Qurios and what not? More information can be found here

Extended rebooking options

Your safety comes first. We, as well, are aware that the current measures to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus will not disappear anytime soon.

In order to meet the guidelines of the Dutch government and the HISWA RECRON, it is for the time being only allowed to stay in one accommodation with a limited number of persons. We ask you to bear this responsibility together with us and to check HERE the number of persons allowed to stay in your chosen holiday home.

If it turns out that you do not meet these conditions, then unfortunately we cannot allow you to stay in the accommodation at the moment. In that case we offer you the possibility to rebook your stay free of charge to a later period. You can immediately inform us of a new date for this purpose. This extended rebooking condition is valid up to a maximum of 28 days before your original arrival date.

If the new period is more expensive, extra costs will be charged. If the new period is cheaper, you will not get compensated. When rebooking a reservation, the original cancellation conditions remain applicable

Additional rebooking options Germany & Belgium

Due to the recent declaration of the provinces Noord-Holland, Zuid-Holland and Friesland as a high-risk area, we offer our guests from Germany and Belgium the possibility to rebook their stay to a later period free of charge. This additional rebooking option is possible until 28 days before the initial day of arrival and is only valid for guests from Germany and Belgium

Again, if the new period is more expensive, additional costs will be charged for the difference. If the new period is cheaper, the amount will not be refunded. When rebooking, our initial cancellation conditions still apply.

We see a household as: spouses, registered partners or other life partners, parents, grand-parents and kids, as long as they live at the same adress.

There is currently no outbreak of the Corona virus in the regions where our holiday parks are located. All our parks are normally open. Cancellation free of charge is therefore not applicable.

However, there are restrictive conditions with regard to the important one and a half meter measure that applies in the Netherlands. In connection with this, Qurios has broadened the rebooking conditions. These can be found HERE

There are cases when the holiday has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the holidaymaker or his/her representative is obliged to inform the entrepreneur in writing or by telephone (during normal business hours). Cancellations or changes will in most cases incur costs. After cancellation, the holidaymaker will receive a cancellation invoice from the entrepreneur. This invoice includes the costs of the cancellation. In addition to the reservation and the preferential costs owed (and any insurance premiums), the (co-)holidaymaker owes the entrepreneur the following amounts:

- In the event of cancellation up to the 92nd day (exclusive) prior to arrival: 15% of the holiday price;

- In the event of cancellation from the 92nd day (inclusive) to the 62nd day (exclusive) prior to arrival: 50% of the tour price;

- Cancellation from the 62nd day (inclusive) to the 31st day (exclusive) before arrival: 75% of the total price;

- Cancellation from the 31st day (inclusive) to 1 day (inclusive) before arrival: 90% of the total price;

- Cancellation on the day of arrival or later: 100% of the tour price.

If you do not arrive 24 hours after the agreed date without further notice, this will be this will be considered as a cancellation.

If you have made a reservation with an arrival date between 13 March 2020 and 1 June 2020 and are unable or unwilling to travel due to the Corona crisis, you can claim a voucher.

The voucher has the value of the travel sum already paid and is redeemable for a new stay up to 12 months after the original arrival date. The maximum new arrival date is 30 September 2021.
