Qurios keeps a close eye on the latest developments regarding the Coronavirus and the guidelines of the Dutch government and foreign authorities. The guidelines can be found on the website of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM).
The safety and health of our guests and employees are of paramount importance to Qurios. On this page, we will keep you up to date with the latest developments.
Your safety comes first. We, as well, are aware that the current measures to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus will not disappear anytime soon.
In order to meet the guidelines of the Dutch government and the HISWA RECRON, it is for the time being only allowed to stay in one accommodation with a limited number of persons. We ask you to bear this responsibility together with us and to check HERE the number of persons allowed to stay in your chosen holiday home.
If it turns out that you do not meet these conditions, then unfortunately we cannot allow you to stay in the accommodation at the moment. In that case we offer you the possibility to rebook your stay free of charge to a later period. You can immediately inform us of a new date for this purpose. This extended rebooking condition is valid up to a maximum of two weeks before your original arrival date.
If the new period is more expensive, extra costs will be charged. If the new period is cheaper, you will not get compensated. When rebooking a reservation, the original cancellation conditions remain applicable
Due to the recent declaration of the provinces Noord-Holland, Zuid-Holland and Friesland as a high-risk area, we offer our guests from Germany and Belgium the possibility to rebook their stay to a later period free of charge. This additional rebooking option is possible until 28 days before the initial day of arrival and is only valid for guests from Germany and Belgium.
Again, if the new period is more expensive, additional costs will be charged for the difference. If the new period is cheaper, the amount will not be refunded. When rebooking, our initial cancellation conditions still apply.
