After leaving College Niel trained in London at the acclaimed Uli Meyer Studios, a 2D animation and FX house. Niel became Key Assistant Animator and worked on numerous TV projects and feature films, including Space Jam & Lost in Space.
In 1998 Niel has moved into the world of 3D animation working on various computer game projects, as a Senior Animator and Concept Artist.
In 2002 Niel established Qurios in his home town of Hartlepool. Since its modest beginnings Niel has worked as a Directing Animator and VFX supervisor on several major television series.
In his spare time Niel enjoys writing and spending time with his wife and daughters.
